About me:

I'm Steph, multiply-neurodivergent Occupational Therapist.

I am passionate about neurodivergent affirming practice and facilitating a shift in how we view neurodiversity. I am so excited to help you go on a journey to better understand yourself and increase your sense of ease and authenticity in your daily life.

I have nearly a decade of clinical and master's research experience, 13 years of parenting experience, and 35 years of lived experience. I use a combination of these to support and empower people like you!

I have been on this journey myself, exploring my own identity and making life work for me. Then I started using these strategies to support my clients, and now I want to make it available to everyone!
