Living out of alignment can be an exhausting experience! Masking has been associated with increased stress and ill health for neurodivergent people.
If you’ve ever smiled through discomfort, changed how you speak, or pretended to be someone you’re not—just to avoid judgement or misunderstanding—you’re not alone.
I see you.
I know how exhausting it is to constantly mould yourself to fit into spaces that weren’t designed for you, just to feel safe!
The stress, the anxiety, the overwhelming sense of not belonging — it’s heavy and I see you.Â
Â
You deserve to live a life that aligns with who you are!
Imagine a life where you can...
Â
🌻  Show up as your true self without fear or shame
🌻  Stop second-guessing every word, every action and every interaction
🌻  Feel understood, valued and free to live authentically
🌻  Reclaim the act of Masking, acknowledging that sometimes it helps to keep us safe
I want to be my true self
" It was so comforting to know that I am not alone and that it was a place I felt I belonged.
It helped me see what I need in a group and the importance of neurokin. "

🌻 Hi, I'm Steph!
A multiply-neurodivergent Occupational Therapist.
I am passionate about neurodivergent affirming practice and facilitating a shift in how we view neurodiversity. I am so excited to help you go on a journey to better understand yourself and increase your sense of ease and authenticity in your daily life.Â
I have nearly a decade of clinical and master's research experience, 13 years of parenting experience, and 35 years of lived experience. I use a combination of these to support and empower people like you!Â
I have been on this journey myself, exploring my own identity and making life work for me. Then I started using these strategies to support my clients, and now I want to make it available to everyone!
What people are saying about Embracing YOU!
It’s an exploration of you and your neurodivergent identity in a safe space.
This course made a real difference in my journey of self-discovery.
Having the live group sessions worked well as I was able to schedule it into my routine.
Thanks Steph for running a great course. Your content is always so helpful!
Most people define their true personality in childhood so there is very little guidance available to do this as an adult.
I enjoyed the course work, the videos, and most of all the weekly chats with others going through the same experience.
If you're ready to:
🌻  Feel more confident embracing your authentic self without fear or shame.
