Why learn with me?
I'm Steph, multiply-neurodivergent Occupational Therapist.
I am passionate about neurodivergent affirming practice and facilitating a shift in how we view neurodiversity. I am so excited to help you go on a journey to better understand yourself and increase your sense of ease and authenticity in your daily life.
I have nearly a decade of clinical and master's research experience, 13 years of parenting experience, and 35 years of lived experience. I use a combination of these to support and empower people like you!
I have lived experienced of burnout from decades of masking and at the time, I felt I needed to navigate the process of unmasking on my own. Since then, I have studied the area of masking in depth and am thrilled to offer others support as they navigate the process of understanding masking, and ultimately, unmasking!
I have been on this journey to explore my own identity and making life work for me. Now I want to make it available to everyone!
I hope you will join me for this experience!
