My Approach

I believe the most powerful learning happens when people feel safe enough to reflect, curious enough to question what they have been taught, and inspired enough to imagine something different.

My presentations combine occupational therapy, research and lived experience to explore neurodivergence and disability beyond purely clinical frameworks. I invite audiences to consider the systems and expectations that shape wellbeing, and what becomes possible when people are supported to live more authentically.

My speaking style is warm, reflective, engaging and deeply human. I bring complexity without making it inaccessible and create space for learning that is both professionally meaningful and personally resonant.

 Testimonials

"Steph's an absolute joy to work with. She puts so much effort into every single piece of work: presentation, resources, handouts, everything is beautifully created and well thought out. She puts so much thought into what this particular audience needs to know, how they need to know it, and what's going to guide them from A to B. And she's incredibly reliable." - Adina Levy,  Play.
