Refunds & Returns Policy
This policy applies to both physical goods and digital products/event tickets. Please read the sections below relevant to your purchase.
Physical Goods
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong item or size. Please check the sizing chart on each product page carefully before ordering.
We follow Australian Consumer Law. If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact hello@sgroccupationaltherapy. Proof of purchase is required. We’ll assess your claim and advise whether a refund, replacement, or repair is appropriate in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If we need the item returned, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
Digital Products & Event Tickets
This includes online courses, webinars, e-books, and tickets to events (online or in-person). These are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g. if not delivered as described or faulty).
